Shot by MADE photographer Christelle de Castro, the casting breaks down runway norms in Sydney.
With an eye for beauty in all forms, Kurt Johnson scoped out the freshest of the fresh faces of the FAITH CONNEXION show. Not only does he work as a casting director, Kurt has his hands full working as the Fashion Editor of King Kong Magazine. The casting was 90% streetcast in order to fairly represent youth of all ethnicities and gender expressions. Opened by skater Poppy Starr and closed by Jacquelyn Jablonski, the Faith Connexion show also featured New Zealand rapper Young Tapz and newcomer Kye Howell who walked in Dior in Paris. MADE photographer Christelle de Castro pointed her lens to shoot the beauties breaking down Sydney’s traditional runway norms.
